The
Hold
is available during a call by pressing the HOLD button (3), or by pressing the OK key
(8) and selecting Mute from the available options.
Depending on the service, a ringback tone or hold music may be played.
Repeat the process to return to the call.
The
Add Call
is available by pressing the OK key (8) and selecting Add Call from the available
options.
Dial the number to call, navigate to the Call button, and press the OK key again.
The inactive call will be placed on hold, while the second call is activated.
Toggle between the calls by using the following procedure:

Use the MUTE (2) and HOLD (3) keys to toggle between the phone calls.

The active call will display a telephone icon next to it, as indicated in the screenshot
below.

Press the Options key then select “Meeting” to initiate a three way conference if
required.

If a call is ended, the inactive call automatically becomes active.
