To mount the switch to the rack, perform the following tasks:

Attach the mounting bracket(s) to the switch for the desired orientation and position supported

Insert and secure the 2-post cradle to the rack (

Insert and secure the switch into the rack (

Section 3.2.2.3

).

Attaching Mounting Brackets to the Chassis

Step 1

Attach the mounting brackets to both sides of the chassis using the screws provided in the kit
for the desired orientation and position.

shows the 758 chassis with the mounting

brackets for Forward-Front and Backward-Front mounting.
