Rack Mounting
Before you begin, verify that the following guidelines are met:
• Clearance areas to the front and rear panels allow for unrestricted cabling
• All front panel indicators can be easily read
• The AC power cord can reach from the AC power outlet to the connector on the switch rear panel
• Airfl ow around the switch and through the switch is unrestricted
2-Post Rack Mount
Use four #8 Philips fl at head screws to attach the long side of the bracket to the switch in one of the three
mounting positions (front-mounting, mid-mounting, or rear-mounting).
