Troubleshooting
If DA-300E does not work properly after checking it, please contact the dealer. Don't open the cover. It may
result in a dangerous electric shock and will invalidate your warranty.
1. DA-300E has no power.
Check that your batteries are not drained, that they are inserted correctly, or that the contact pins are clean.
2. Display shows 'No Signal’.
You may have moved to a new area which is blocking the range of the transmitter. Autoscan and refresh the list
of stations where radio services are available.
3. Display shows 'Retry finding service. But current status is poor reception area'.
The station is out of service. DA-300E will wait until the service resumes. You can also tune to a new station.
4. No sound is heard.
1) Check that the earphones are connected and you allow the earphone cord to hang freely.
2) Check that the volume level is not too low.
3) Adjust the position of the radio to obtain better signal reception.
4) The station is currently out of service. Wait until the service resumes, or tune to a new station.
