This appliance is for use as a steam generator and as a wet
and dry vacuum cleaner, in accordance with the descriptions
and instructions in this manual. Please read these instructions
carefully and do not throw them away; you may find them
useful in the future.
Before using the appliance to steam-clean leather, special
types of fabric, or wooden surfaces, please read the manu-
facturer’s instructions and always perform a test on a hidden
area or sample. Leave the steamed part to dry and then make sure that no variations in colour
or warping have occurred.
Be especially careful when cleaning wooden surfaces (furniture, doors, etc.) and terracotta floor-
ing, since excessively lengthy use of steam could damage the wax finish, polish or even the colour.
For this reason, we recommend that you only dispense steam on these surfaces for brief intervals
of time or that you clean them using a cloth that has been steamed first. For particularly delicate
surfaces (e.g., synthetic materials, lacquered surfaces, etc.), we recommend that you use steam at
its minimum limit. When cleaning glass surfaces during particularly cold periods of the year, pre-
heat them by dispensing steam at an initial distance of 50 cm from the surface itself.

Remove the water container (4) by using the relevant handle
(1) to lift it out from its seating.
Remove the container lid (2), using the two connections at the
rear and following the instructions given in section 1.4.
