Blender function
WArning:
Do not remove the blender or juicer from the motor body; wait until the blades have
stopped completely.
r Turn the tap (9) on the blender jug (6) taking care that the gasket is correctly placed so as to avoid
damaging it
r Fit the blender jug (6) onto the base (20) so that its marker is lined up with the symbol “open
lock” on the base; rotate it counter clockwise until the marker reaches the “closed lock” symbol
(Fig. 7).
r Fit the lid (8) with plug (7) onto the jug, turning it anticlockwise until it locks into place (Fig. 8).
MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE PARTS HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY MOUNTED.
r Place a container under the tap (9).
r Remove the cap (7) and pour the ingredients into the jug. These can include fruit cut up into small
slices, yoghurt, milk, fruit juice, ice cream or ice.
First introduce solid foods that have been suitably sliced and cut (for ex. food pieces should be no
larger than a quarter of an apple) into the blender jug and then introduce the liquid food never
exceeding the maximum level which is marked (MAX).
r Put the cap (7) back onto the lid or the mixing device (5) inside the opening. You can use the
mixing device when blending dense mixtures or when you are using large doses of ingredients.
r Plug the appliance into the mains power supply and press the speed button “I” (18) to start the
blades. To increase the blade speed after a few moments, if required, press the speed button “II”
(19).
Press the “0” button (17) to stop the appliance. Use the special side lever (16) to operate the
appliance in PULSE mode.
WArning
: The PULSE function gives the best results when used at intervals of 2r3 seconds.
r Use the mixing device (5) by moving it counter clockwise (Fig. 9).
r Press the lever on the spout (9) to pour the juice out.

r While using you can add foods to the blender jug (6) by lifting the cap (7) or by extracting the
mixing device (5) after switching the appliance off.
Make sure the MAX level is not exceeded once the mixing device has been inserted.
r It may be necessary to switch off the appliance several times to remove food residues from the
walls of the jug. If this occurs, press the “0” button (17), switch off the appliance and unplug it
from the mains power supply.
ComBineD ACtion
The appliance provides a combined simultaneous citrus press and juicer function or citrus press
and blender function. Place a container which is big enough to hold the juice or milk shake that will
pour out of both spouts. This allows you to obtain various combinations of juices, granitas or milk
shakes!
