Tires

Check unit tire pressure regularly.  Correct pressure is
10 – 12 psi (69 – 83 kPa).  Uneven tire pressure may
cause uneven grass cutting.

Bagger

Prior to each use check bagger parts for
structural damage, deterioration or wear. Replace
only with original service parts.

Always observe safety rules when performing any
maintenance.

Before each use check for loose fasteners.

Clean unit thoroughly after each use.

Cleaning

Remove any built up debris from bagger
components.

Do not use a high pressure washer on bagger
components.

If washed, allow bagger components to dry
before operation to prevent clogging.

CAUTION:

To avoid injury, before performing

any maintenance, service or adjustments:

Place control levers in "NEUTRAL"
position.

Set parking brake.

Place PTO in "DISENGAGED" position.

Turn ignition key to "OFF" position and
remove key.

Make sure blades and all moving parts
have completely stopped.

Disconnect spark plug wires from spark
plugs and place wires where they
cannot come in contact with plugs.

CAUTION:

Grass catcher components are

subject to wear, damage and deterioration,
which could expose moving parts or allow
objects to be thrown.  Frequently check
components and replace with manufacturer’s
recommended parts, when necessary.

CAUTION:

Do not spray bagger with water

while bagger is on the unit.  Water can
damage unit engine and bearings.
