Helmets
It is REQUIRED that all riders wear a properly fitting ANSI or SNELL
approved bicycle safety helmet when riding your bike.
Always wear a properly fitted helmet which covers the forehead
when riding a bike. Many locations require specific safety
devices. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the
local laws, rules and regulations where you ride and to comply
with all applicable laws, including properly equipping yourself
and your bike as the law requires. Ariel Rider shall not be
responsible for any and all injuries or damages resulting from
not wearing a helmet. You are REQUIRED to wear a helmet and
you assume the risk of all injuries or damages resulting from
refusing to protect yourself from head or neck injuries caused
from not wearing a helmet.
