display normally

The power plug is not properly

Check the power connection and
plug it again.
Repeatedly booting
up and shutting off

Insufficient USB bus power when
connected to a computer.

Connect the power adapter to the
unit.
Can’t operate with
the remote control

If this unit can’t be activated by
pressing (STANDBY) button of
remote control, it is probably
because the power is off.

Remote control is not pointing
toward the remote receiver.
◎
The tab of battery has not been
removed.
◎
Battery is not assembled
properly.
◎
Battery became depleted.
◎
Refer to “No power” section for its
solution.
◎
Point the remote control toward the
receiver when in operation.
◎
Pull out the tab of the battery on
the side of remote control.

Check the battery direction.

Replace the battery.
Some folders are not
listed in “Detail
View”

These folders may be “Hidden”,
“Encrypted”, “Compressed” or
“System Folder”.

Change the attribute of these
folders, or create another folder (See

played back

These files are compressed by
Windows.

The formats of these files are not
supported.

These files are damaged.

Uncompress them.

Convert these files to some
supported format.

Replace them with undamaged

The SETUP MENU
