Join the mid rail and
an end panel
Push the mid rail
onto an end panel .
Note: Make sure that
the slot in the barrel nut
. is horizontal.
Screw through the end
panel using bolt
and on into the barrel nut
. in the mid rail .

Join the mid rail and
blanking returns
Push the 2 blanking
returns onto the mid
rail .
Use a screwdriver to
tighten the large locking
nut fitted to each of
the blanking returns
as shown.
Note: Turn the large
locking nuts as far as
they will go - more than
1/2 a turn.

Prepare the 2
blanking panels
Insert 2 large locking
nuts into each of the
blanking panels .
Screw 2 metal dowels
into each of the blanking
panels .
Tap a wooden dowel
into each of the blanking
panels .
Step

Fit the blanking
panels
Push the 2 blanking
panels onto the
blanking returns .
Use a screwdriver to
tighten the 2 large
locking nuts fitted to
each of the blanking
returns as shown.
