Prepare the mid rail
Push 2 barrel nuts
into the mid rail .
Screw a metal dowel
into the mid rail .
Note: Tighten metal
dowels up fully against
the panels.
Tap 4 wooden dowels
into the mid rail as
shown.
Note: Wooden dowels
must not
stick out from
the edge by more than
10mm or they may
damage other panels.
Turn the mid rail over
Screw a metal dowel
into the mid rail .

Step 1
Prepare the 2
blanking returns
Insert 3 large locking
nuts into each of the
blanking returns as
shown.
Note: The arrow on the
locking nuts must point
towards the holes in the
edge of the panel.
Tap 2 wooden dowels
into each of the blanking
returns as shown.
Step 2
