3.3 Risks associated with the electrical part of the valve
4. Product description
The hydraulic part of the valve consists of a body (1) with port outlets on the lower base, a spool (2) with return springs (3), that hold the spool in the
basic position. The spool valve is adjusted to the extreme positions by means of solenoids (4) certified for explosive atmospheres. The solenoid coils
are connected to the control system by a special nut (5).
CAUTION
Use of the emergency manual control is forbidden when the valve solenoids are operational.
If the valve is operated by solenoids do not use the emergency manual control of the valve spool.
Valve damage and loss of function may result.

The emergency manual spool position control, built into the rear of the solenoid control system, is used to reposition the spool in the event of loss of
solenoid function or loss of electrical supply to the solenoid coils to achieve the safe position of the actuated mechanism.
The use of emergency manual control is limited by the maximum T-channel pressure of 25 bar.
Without designation - standard
N7 - with detent assembly
N9 - without emergency manual control

DANGER
Electrical shock
The solenoid coil is an electrical device that should be connected by a person with appropriate electrical
qualifications. Before connecting the solenoid, check the parameters of the power supply, the integrity of the
cable and the solenoid. There is a risk of electric shock.
CAUTION
Electrical supply values
The solenoid coil is energised by the electrical current passing through the winding. The values of the electrical
supply must not exceed the values indicated on the coil. There is a risk of losing solenoid function.
