In configurations E01 and E02S01, the valve is
fully functional and therefore there is not
necessary to change the valve electronics
setting. If no other valve behaviour is required
(e.g. different shape of the flow rate
characteristics), it is not recommended to
change the factory setting of the valve
electronics.
In configurations E03 and E04S01 it is
necessary to carry out the valve electronics
parameters setting that assure correct valve
function in external feedback.
Before changing the valve parameters, save
the original valve setting into a file. For this
purpose use the program PRM7Conf.
In the case of loss of the original configuration
data, it is possible to receive new
configuration data from us, if you send
the type number and the serial number
of the valve. The type number and serial
number is printed on valve nameplate.
In den Konfigurationen E01 und E02S01 ist das
Wegeventil voll funktionsfähig und es ist kein
Eingriff in die Elektronikeinstellung nötig. Falls
kein anderes Verhalten der Wegeventile
erforderlich ist (z.B. andere Form der
Durchflusskennlinie), wird empfohlen,
die Werkseinstellung nicht zu ändern.
In den Konfigurationen E03 und E04S01 ist
eine Einstellung der Elektronikparameter
durchzuführen, die eine einwandfreie
Wegeventilfunktion in der
Prozessrückführung gewährleistet.
Speichern Sie vor einer Änderung der
Werksparameter anhand des Programms
PRM7Conf alle in der Elektronik
vorhandenen Daten.
Bei einem Verlust der ursprünglichen
Konfigurationsdaten können diese anhand der
Typen- und Serien-Nr. des jeweiligen
Wegeventils vom uns angefordert werden.
Die Typen- und Serien-Nr. sind auf dem
Typenschild des Wegeventils aufgeführt.
V konfiguracích E01 a E02S01 je rozváděč plně
funkční a není nutný žádný zásah
do nastavení elektroniky.
Pokud se nepožaduje jiné chování ventilů
(např. jiný tvar průtokové charakteristiky),
nedoporučuje se tovární nastavení měnit.
V konfiguracích E03 a E04S01 je nezbytné
provést nastavení parametrů elektroniky, které
zaručí správnou funkci rozváděče
v externí zpětné vazbě z procesu.
Před změnou továrních parametrů si pomocí
programu PRM7Conf uložte data zapsaná
v elektronice.
V případě ztráty původních konfiguračních dat
lze na základě informací o čísle typu a sériovém
čísle rozváděče tato data od výrobce zpětně
získat. Číslo typu a sériové číslo je umístěné
na výrobním štítku rozváděče.
