5.
Maintenance of the jack
•
If you want to stow the jack, lower the jack to the lowest position and close the drain valve.
•
Keep the jack clean. Lubricants should be applied to all moving parts every three months.
•
Check the oil level regularly.
•
Check the lift regularly for rust or corrosion.
•
Attention
:
The life of the product of 5 years should not be exceeded due to signs of
wear in order to ensure safe use of the product. This service life is based on proper
and appropriate use.

Troubleshooting
Jack does not lift.
Valve is not closed entirely: Check the valve and
close it
and/or
The jack has not enough oil: Check oil level,
eventually top up oil
and/or
Air in the hydraulic system: Venting
Jack sinks under load.
Valve is not entirely closed: Check the valve and
close it
and/or
Air in the hydraulic system: Venting
Air in the hydraulic system: Venting.
Air in the hydraulic system: Venting
and/or
Jack has not enough oil: Check the oil level,
eventually top up oil
Pump rod is not stable.
Air in the hydraulic system: Venting
Jack does not lift to full height.
Air in the hydraulic system: Venting
and/or
Jack has not enough oil: Check the oil level,
eventually top up oil
Jack cannot be lowered completely.
Lubricate the hydraulic parties.
