SPDIF receiver needs to be on +3V14(STBY) supply 
because it shares an I2C control bus with other parts 
on +3V14(STBY) - namely the display board.
Hold SPDIF receiver in reset when in standby to 
minimise current draw.

Pin 7 - SDIN/HWMODE needs to be pulled up 
during device reset to put the device into 
software control mode on un-reset.  However 
the I2C_SDA line already has a pullup 
elsewhere (by IC300) so one is not needed 
here.
