Introduction
1.1 Product Highlights
The M1923 is a 19” fanless medical station with 4th
Generation Intel
®
Core i5 Processor targeting on
medical image diagnosis application. With high graphic
performance, the M1923 becomes doctor’s perfect
assistant of medical diagnosis.
Applicable for clinical station, nursing and PACS, the
M1923 supports rich I/O and multi-connectivity, including
a SD card slot, dual smart card reader slots, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, two Gigabit
Ethernet LAN ports, three RS-232 serial ports with 4KV isolation, and four USB
3.0 ports. Plus, the M1923 is installed with 4GB DDR3L SO-DIMM memory and
32GB mSATA SSD for storage. To work efficiently, the M1923 also provides
one RFID/NFC module, and one DVD-RW drive as optional devices to fulfill
further requirements.
Based on Intel’s HD Graphics 630, the M1923 provides great visual experience
for medical services. With the design of one DisplayPort (DP), the M1923
can support dual-screen graphic displays to simultaneously transmit medical
graphics. The optional serial digital interface (SDI) connector of the M1923
enables the video input of endoscopy surgeries in high resolutions. In addition,
the design of optional front-facing 5.0 megapixel CMOS camera facilitates the
increasing demand of telemedicine and telecare services.
Another considerate design is the docking bay for alternative battery, which
serves as uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to keep all medical procedures
on in case of any accidental situations.
