PRESSURIZING
1.
Open the filtered water faucet.
2.
Gently open the water supply to the water filtration
system to allow the water filtation system to be purged
and filled up with water.
3.
As soon as water starts to flow from the faucet, close the
faucet.
4.
Check the water filtation system and all tubing
connections for leaks. If any leaks are observed, shut off
the water supply and open the faucet immediately.
RINSING
The water filtration system uses a filter cartridge
containing activated carbon. At first use some discoloration
of the filtered water will occur. This is totally harmless and
will disappear after proper rinsing!
At first use the filtered water may be slightly non-
transparent (milky appearance) when it flows from the
faucet; this is caused by oxygen inside the filter cartridge,
that is dissolved in the filtered water. This is totally
harmless and will disappear after proper rinsing!
1.
Open the filtered water faucet and let the water run for
5 minutes to rinse the activated carbon filter cartridge.
2.
Close the faucet.
