1.1. Components

2 wrenches (8) made of PVC pipe. These are for fixing the tank screw connections.
1.2. Unpacking and set up
Check the aquarium and sump thoroughly for damage that might have incurred through
transportation before assembly and afterwards prior to filling. In case of any complaints, please
contact your dealer directly.
Your aquarium will arrive on the cabinet.

Set the individual steel-reinforced support (9) between upper and lower container at the front of
the cabinet. This provides for special stability of the cabinet when the aquarium is placed at its
correct place and filled with water. Using a wrench, you can adjust the length of the supporting
legs so that the support is vertical and keeps its position.

The connections to the aquarium are completely installed. Pull all nuts tight before filling
.

Overflow: A sieve pipe has to be inserted in the tank screw connection for the back flow to the
filter to prevent BactoBalls from getting into the drain pipe.

Fill chamber thoroughly with BactoBalls.

Make sure during operation that the blue elbow is clean since this elbow prevents a return of
aquarium water. A return flow can occur due to power failures or if the circulation pump of the
Ocean Runner 3500 is turned off.
Put trickle plates on the glass edge in the upper area. Put the plate with the middle hole on the
right side since this fits directly onto the 25 mm pipe. The plates should be concise.
