Introduction
Please take a few moments to carefully read through this manual. Correct maintenance and operation of
this machine will provide the best possible performance from your Apuro product.

Apuro prides itself on quality and service, ensuring that at the time of packaging the contents are
supplied fully functional and free of damage.
Should you find any damage as a result of transit, please contact your Apuro dealer immediately.
Installation
• Remove the Grill from its packaging and be certain that all protective plastics and residues are
thoroughly cleaned from its surface.
• Locate on a firm level surface.
• Apuro recommended that you allow no less than 100mm ventilated gap around the perimeter of this
unit.
• Ensure that the stainless steel waste tray is correctly positioned.
• Connect to the electricity supply using the plug, the Grill is now ready to turn on and operate.
