Purchasing PPV Programs

About PPV
Passport DCT allows you to purchase up to eight PPV programs directly
from your set-top box. For each PPV program, the cable provider
determines the specifics of the offer, such as the price, the buying window
of opportunity, whether there is a free preview, and whether you can cancel
a purchase.
You can purchase PPV programs from dedicated PPV channels or the
program guide. You can purchase PPV programs in advance, or, in certain
circumstances, after the program has started. Additionally, you can set your
VCR to record any PPV program. You can restrict which household
members can purchase PPV programs by requiring the personal
identification number (PIN).
Note: In some cases, a telephone number may display for ordering a
particular program rather than button options. In this case, call the
number to order your PPV program.
