6.0 Maintenance Schedule

The following periodic maintenance 

schedule 

is the suggested minimum requirements and 

at 

minimum  intervals;  accumulated  hours  or  monthly  period,  whichever  comes  sooner.  If you 

hear  a  noise  or  see  any  indication  of  possible  failure  -  cease  operation  immediately  and 
inspect,  correct  and/or  replace  parts  as  required.  Following  these  maintenance  procedures 
is  the  key  to  prolonging  the  life  or  your  lift.  We  highly  recommend  using  a

Warning OSHA and ANSI require 

APlusLift

 authorized users 

to inspect lifting equipment at the start of every shift. These 

and other daily periodic inspections are the responsibility of 

the user.

6.1 Daily Pre-Operation Check

The user should at least perform the following checks daily.

• Check all bolts, nuts, shafts, retaining clips, retainer rings, set screws and screws, ensure

they are aligned (grooves), secured, and tightened properly. Pivot

• Keep lift free of dirt, grease or any other corrosive substances.
