You  are  now  ready  to  bring  the  TX  up  to  power.  To  accomplish  this,  slowly
increase the drive level out of the Exciter by increasing the POWER setting in
the Exciter RF submenu while monitoring the FWD power meter on the Exciter
LCD screen (you will need to navigate between the Exciter RF submenu and
high level status screen (or monitor via the web interface)).

Begin to slowly raise the FWD System power by using the UP button on
the Exciter, while monitoring the Fwd system power meter on the Exciter
screen as shown below.

Continue to slowly raise the FWD power until you reach 100% (equivalent to
30W after the output BPF). Be careful to make small increases in the value of
POWER as you approach 100% output power level.

The chart below shows typical 30W TX power levels and performance at CH27
(551MHz)  with  a  6-pole  BPF  and  couplers  connected  as  shown  in  the
Interconnect Diagram of section 4.

The  Chart  below  shows  typical  30W  TX  power  levels  and  performance  at
different frequencies across the UHF spectrum.

Slowly  increase
