CLEANING AND DRAINING

1.  Always ensure that the fat fryer is disconnected from the main power supply  

    before cleaning or draining. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE OIL HAS   

    COOLED DOWN BEFORE DRAINING.

2.  Wipe off the appliance with a dry cloth and wait at least half an hour before 

     re – connecting to the main power outlet.

THIS APPLIANCE SHOULD NOT BE CLEANED WITH A

WATER JET OR IMMERSED IN WATER. USE ONLY A DAMP

CLOTH OR SPONGE DIPPED IN SOAPY WATER.

DO NOT USE STEEL-WOOL WHICH WILL MARK THE 

BRIGHT STAINLESS STEEL FINISH

 DRAINING ALL THE OIL FROM THE TANK. SAFETY:

20 AMPERES OVER CURRENT PROTECTIVE DEVICE.

ANY MANNER. RETURN APPLIANCE TO THE NEAREST

REPAIR OR ADJUSTMENT

STEP 1

Remove the box lid and sleeve. Remove the legs and 

splashback,leaving the body assembly on the base of the box.

STEP 2

Position Stand leg part # 2 onto the body so that the mounting 

holes line up and fit the M8 x 16 hex bolts supplied loosely until all 

six bolts are in position.Once all bolts are in place tighten securely

with a 13mm Spanner.

STEP 3

Repeat procedure to fit the other stand leg in position.

STEP 4

Remove the unit from the box lid and stand upright. The stand legs

are fitted with height adjusters to allow levelling and ensure the 

unit is stable.

STEP 5

Place the splash back part # 3 onto the top of the unit and secure 

in place with the three M5 x 10 screws and dome nuts provided.

STEP 6

Place the loose fitting element covers part # 4 over the elements.

Ensure the drain taps fitted under the two oil tanks are in the 

closed position.
