WARNING
To avoid possible personal injury and/or damage to the unit, inspection, test and repair of electrical
equipment should be performed by qualified service personnel. The unit should be unplugged when
servicing.
Unit will not heat up.
Power cord not plugged in.
Circuit breaker tripped.
Hi-limit switch tripped.
Power cord defective.
Loose wire at rocker switch or
ground.
Rocker switch defective.
Heating element defective.
Thermostat control defective.
Hi-limit thermostat defective.
Plug cord into outlet.
Reset circuit breaker.
Reset hi-limit switch.
Replace power cord.
Tighten wires and replace if burned or
charred.
Replace switch.
Replace element.
Replace temperature control.
Replace thermostat.
