the vertical Conveyor Belt for two complete revo-

lutions, wiping side to side. Use the dual holes in 

the master links as a reference (see Figure 8). 

  5.  Insert the Release Sheet Retainer Bar into the top 

of the Release Sheet.

  6.  hang the Release Sheet Retainer Bar and 

Release sheet onto the top of the unit.

note: rotate the release sheet from side to side 

daily to extend the life of the release sheet.

  7.  Reattach all accessories to the unit (Figure 2).

NOTE: Check the Release Sheet to make sure it is 

draped properly over the Platen.

Step 2 on the uncleaned portion of the belt.

if the vertical Conveyor belt appears yellow/

brown, repeat steps 2 and 3 using a Mcdonald’s 

approved Grill Cleaner. the vertical Conveyor belt 

should be silver/metallic when cleaned properly. 

  4.  Rinse/wipe the vertical Conveyor Belt with 

the grain (Side to side) using 

KaYQUat ii™ 

Sanitizer Solution (HCS)

 and allow to air dry.

ger than it takes to complete these cleaning pro

cedures. refer to the cleaning label located on the 

back of the unit.

  8.  verify that the Bun Thickness Compression 

Control knob is set to 3 (Figure 5).

  9.  Close the Back Panel and lock the Back Panel 

Release Latches (Figure 9).

 10.  Place the toaster back into operation.
