XP-Iris is ready for use by the customer. (If the player is not responsive see

Charging the XP-Iris
Each XP-Iris is supplied with re-chargeable batteries, which can last on average 6 to 10
hours of use from a full charge.
It is recommended that all players are charged overnight to ensure a full charge for the
following days use.
1. If headphones have been used, unplug them from the player.
2. Switch off the players by pressing and holding the on/off button on the right side
of the device until the screen goes black.
3. Check if the charger is switched on. If not, switch it on.
4. Place each of the XP-Iris player into a vacant charging slot and apply light
pressure to ensure tight connection
5. When desk charging There is one ferrite bead core attached on the cable of the
desktop charging pedestal" The core must be used when desk charging..
When the XP-Iris is secured in the docking cradle and is charging properly, on the
screen of the XP-Iris a “Yellow” light with light up indicating charging status and a serial
number. Once the device is fully charged, the display color will change to Green with
“100% Charged” indicator.
Cleaning and Hygiene
Cleaning
The XP-Iris units and charging equipment should be cleaned
on a regular basis with disinfectant wipes. This not only helps
keep the units in good order but is more pleasant for the users.
Note: Ensure the power is off prior to cleaning the charging
equipment.
Ear Pad Hygiene For hygiene reasons, headphone ear pads should be replaced or
washed twice a week. Wash ear pads gently in cold-water and
