Initiation and Parameterisation
5.1 On / Off Switching Sequence
The minimum delay times are shown in the sketch:
M ain- or au x iliary v oltag e
E n able

5.2 Displays
Ready (GN)
Indication of readiness for working and fault of the controlling
equipment. The following parameters are evaluted:
♦
UZK to high
♦
IZK to high
♦
Temperature of the heat sink to high
If „ready“ the free relay contacts X2-30a and X2-32a are
closed.
VARIANCE (GN)
The Act. / Nom. r.p.m. monitor has detected the r.p.m.
difference. Threshold ca.
±
1,5% from n-max.
Relay contacts opened (X2-26a and X2-28a).
LEFT (YE)
Indicates Enable left (Pin X2-2a).
RIGHT (YE)
Indicates Enable right (Pin X2-4a).
5.3 Measuring points
GND
Reference potential for measuring points.
PWM
Pulse width modulated square wave to control output stage
5V Amplitude; Ri = 4,7k
Ω
Measurement: Oscilloscope
f
Motor frequency: Square wave 5V peak; Ri = 4,7K
Ω
Measurement: Multimeter Frequency measurement range
TACHO
Square wave signal received from motor: 100Imp/U; 5V
Amplitude; Ri = 4,7k
Ω
Measurement: Oscilloscope
5.4 Acknowledgement of fault messages
The fault message is saved till the reset is active. The reasons
are:
♦
OFF/ON of 24 VDC supply voltage
♦
LOW-HIGH-Flank on control input „Reset fault“.
