ISTRIBUTION
The TP-650 power supply uses four se12 volt power rails. Just as you have separate circuits in your house,
the PSU has separate circuits to aid in the distribution of power between devices in your computer. The engineers
have allocated the rails to different connectors to prevent voltage sags in one device due to sudden demands for
power by another device.
