Insert the filter element
correctly.

Replace filter element.

Remove blockage from air

After replacing or cleaning the
filter element the ION button
has not been pressed for
3 seconds to reset the run
time counter.

Smell and smoke is not
removed.
The filter element has been
put in the air purifier without
removing the packaging.
Cut the new filter element out
of the packaging and recycle
the packaging.
