The product does not start
even though it is plugged
in and switched on and
the thermostat is set to the
required mode.
No power supply.
Plug the plug into a power
point that is supplied with
power.
The heater element glows.
Voltage too high.
Check that the mains voltage
corresponds to the rated
voltage on the type plate.
The air inlet is blocked.
Make sure there are no foreign
objects that can block the air
inlet, such as curtains, plastic
bags or paper etc., near the
product.
The fan is working, but the
product does not get hot.
Heating mode not set.
Set the required heating mode.
The set thermostat value has
been reached.
Turn the thermostat dial
and listen for a click when
the thermostat is activated/
deactivated. If you do not hear
a click and the thermostat is
not damaged the product will
start automatically when it has
cooled.
The overheating protection has
tripped.
Switch off the product, pull
out the plug, and check that
the inlet or outlet openings
are not blocked. Wait at
least 10 minutes so that the
overheating protection has
time to reset before starting
the product again.
Abnormal noise.
The product is not correctly
positioned.
Place the product on a level
surface.
