Aims Your Camera
Your Camera built with a laser beam to indicate the Positive
Infrared Sensor detection coverage area and the capture area,
please follow below operations to test that area.
•
After mounting the camera to pillar or tree by provided
supplied mounting strap, and installing batteries.
•
Open the cover, then slide the switch to
SET
position from
OFF
.
•
Press and hold the
[M]
button 3
seconds, the status display will show
tESt,
and an laser beam will blinking
from the front housing .
•
The laser beam pointed is the
capture/detection center of your camera.
•
Adjust the camera position as needed and repeat testing
until the desired coverage area is achieved.
•
The laser beam will turn off after 30 seconds, or press and
hold the
[M]
button 3 seconds again to turn off.
•
When you have completed testing, slide the switch back
to
OFF
position from
SET
.

Using the Camera in PIR Detection Mode
•
Mounting the camera to pillar or tree by provided
supplied mounting strap.
•
Open the cover and slide the switch from
OFF
position
to
A
or
B
or
Manual
modes. At this point, the status display
will count down 60 seconds for you to close up the cover
and lock it then leave the trigger area.
•
If you chose
Manual
mode then make sure your camera is
in the PIR mode and not Time Lapse
(TLS)
. If you are not
sure, please follow the “
Camera setup and program
”
above to set the camera into the proper mode.
To Capture Images, make sure display reads CAM:
Once in
Manual
mode, if the display does not read
CAM
then,
•
Slide the switch to the
SET
position, the status display will
show the camera current status.
•
Press the
[M]
button once enter the
Manual
programming mode.
•
The word
PIR
will be blinking, press
[OK]
to confirm the
camera’s operation is PIR detection.
•
Press
[UP]
or
[DN]
button until the word
CAM
is blinking.
•
Press the
[OK]
button ONCE to confirm and then press
[M]
Button to exit.
•
Then slide the switch from
SET
position to
Manual
.

To Capture Videos, make sure display reads VIDEO:
Once in
Manual
mode, if the display does not read
VIDEO
then,
•
Slide the switch to the
SET
position, the status display will
show the camera current status.
•
Press the
[M]
button once enter the
Manual
programming mode.
•
The word
PIR
will be blinking, press
[OK]
to confirm the
camera’s operation is PIR detection.
•
Press
[UP]

[DN]
button until the word
VIDEO
is blinking.
•
Press the
[OK]
button ONCE to confirm and then press
[M]
Button to exit.
•
Then slide the switch from
SET
position to
Manual
, and
closed the cover with lock.
Right now, the status display will count down 60 seconds for you
to leave the coverage area, then camera will captures image or
video per PIR triggering.
NOTE: The time between motion detection and the
camera taking the pictures may vary due to lighting
conditions, program settings, and battery power level.
The IR Emitter will only be activated in low light
conditions.
