Don’t immerse the instrument in water, do not use chemicals
to clean the instrument, and do not clean the instrument with
washing pads, abrasive cleaners or corrosive liquids such as
gasoline or acetone.

Always keep the charging port dry. After each use, clean the
suction head to prevent clogging the filter. Use only detergent
or up to 70% alcohol to clean it.
Make sure the instrument is turned off before cleaning.
Remove the suction head.
Clean the blackhead or grease on the edge of suction head
with cotton swab, then clean it with water or some cleaning
liquid. If the inner ring of the suction head is dirty, soak it
into water or detergent for 5-10 minutes. Remember to dry
the suction head with a towel or let it dry naturally.

Can I use it on wet skin?
NO, the product can only be used on dry skin and is not
effective on wet skin.
What if the product can't be charged?
First, you need to check that the machine shows whether
the voltage corresponds to the local supply voltage. Then,
check whether the machine is properly connected. If the
product still can’t be charged, contact the ANLAN customer
service.
My machine is not working, how to solve it?
Please charge the machine according to the User Manual ,
check if there is no charging or socket failure. If the machine
still does not work, please contact the ANLAN customer
service.
Why the machine can't work when charging?
This is a security measure, so the machine will not work
when charging.
What about my skin allergy after using this product?
To help you make better use of this product, please take the
time to read the following precautions before using:
Do not squeeze a button on a dry face or use this product
without warming your face first. For this product to work and
clean your face without damage, take your time: wash your
face and clean it; open your pores with steam, lukewarm
water or at least one hot towel that you keep on your face
about 10~15 minutes. Make sure your face is clean, your
hands are sanitized and the product is disinfected (rubbing
alcohol and cotton should be enough).
