6.Unplug the cord before serving. 

 

7.Only use the spoon supplied with this rice cooker. 

Do not use a metal scoop or spoon, this will damage 

the non-stick coating. 

 

 

 

 

  To avoid a loss of steam and longer cooking time, do not open the lid at any point 

during the cooking process 

 

 

TO STEAM FOOD 

1.  When steaming only, add the appropriate amount of water (i.e. 1 or 2 cups of water) to the inner pot 

according to the food to be cooked. Avoid overflow the steam tray when water is boiled.

 

2.  Place food on the steam tray or place food in a heatproof bowl and then place the bowl on the steam 

tray.

 

3.  Put steam tray on top of inner pot, then 

place the glass lid on the steam tray and check it is firmly 

seated. 

4. 

Insert the power plug into socket, then press down the cooking switch, the “COOK” indicator will 
light up. The electric rice cooker starts steaming now. 

5.  Take care to check food for the readiness. When steaming is complete, the cooking switch will 

automatically pop-up and revert to keep warm mode.

 

6. 

When food is ready to serve, disconnect the appliance from mains before serving. 

Avoid keeping 

food on warm status longer then 10min to avoid overcooking.
