PROBLEM

CASE

RECOVERY

1.
Machine does not
function.

a. Power switch is not on.
b. Wire on circuit board is

loose.

c. Circuit breaker or overload

breaker inside the electric
box is open.

d. Power source was

disconnected or fuse blown.

a. Check and turn power on.
b. Remove electric box cover and

check circuit board and repair.

c. Check circuit breaker and

overload protector switch

d. Connect power source or replace

fuse.

2.
Stuffing quantity
not uniform.

a. Stuffing is too dry, or

contains too much meat
tendon in.

b. Not enough stuffing in

hopper.

c. Stuffing was frozen and

then thawed to re-use.

a. Make stuffing more moist. If too

much meat tendon used,
remove stuffing funnel and
clean out stuffing pump.

b. Add stuffing into hopper.

Always keep at least 70% of
hopper full.

c. Use all of well-mixed stuffing at

one time.
