Q:
How should I maintain Life P2i?
A:
1. Use the earbuds regularly to avoid over-discharge which can harm the lifespan of the earbuds' battery. We
recommend using Life P2i at least once a month.
2. Charge the earbuds after using them. To improve the battery’s lifespan, do not always wait until there's less
than 20% power remaining to charge them.
3. If you intend to store the charging case, make sure there are at least 2 LED indicators that light up on the case
to ensure there is enough power.
4. Open the lid of the charging case at least once a month to ensure the earbuds are still working.
5. Regularly clean the charging pins on the earbuds and charging case.
6. Keep the ear tips clean.
7. If Life P2i comes into contact with liquid, use a hairdryer on the "Cool" setting to dry the case.
Q:
Can I use the left/right earbud on its own?
A:
Yes, just take one earbud out of the charging case to use. If you are using two earbuds, you can put either one of
the earbuds back into the charging case and continue using the other one on its own.
Q:
Why can't I power on the earbuds?
A:
The earbuds will automatically power on when the charging lid is opened. You cannot power on the earbuds
without the charging case.
1. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds.
2. Make sure the charging case has enough power.
3. Place the earbuds in the charging case, then reopen the lid.

Why are my Life P2i earbuds not fitted properly?
A:
You may refer to the following tips for a more secure fit:
1. Locate the L/R logo on the back of the earbuds to ensure that the right and left ears are properly worn.
2. Choose the ear tips that fit the ear canal best to replace.
3. Turn the earbuds and find the most comfortable position.

Q:
How do I reset Life P2i?
A:
- Put the earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open. Then, hold the button on the charging case for 10
seconds until the LED flashes red 3 times.
- Release the button for 3-4 seconds, and you will see a pulsing white LED light indicating the Bluetooth pairing
state.
