Weak suction power
• The dust cup is full.
• The battery level is low.
• The filter is too dirty.
• The dust inlet in the hard floor
cleaning tool is clogged by hair.
• Empty the dust cup.
• Recharge the battery.
• Remove the dust cup and then clean
the filter.
• Clean the hard floor cleaning tool.
Debris overflowed from
the dust cup
• The dust cup or filter is not installed
properly.
• Too much debris
• Reinstall the dust cup and filter.
• Empty the dust cup.
Device not working
• The suction inlet, dust cup, or the filter
is stuck
• The accessories or the pipe tools are
stuck.
• The battery level is low.
• Clean the suction inlet, dust cup, or
the filter.
• Clean the accessories and pipe tools.
• Recharge the battery.
Cannot recharge the
battery
• The vacuum cleaner is not on the
charging base.
• The battery is not installed properly.
• The power adapter is not connected
correctly.
• The charging pins are not working.
• Place the vacuum cleaner on the
charging base.
• Install the battery correctly.
• Connect the power adapter to a power
source.
• Contact eufy customer support for
help if the charging pins are not
working normally.
