Christmas
I N A B O X
FM Transmitter
You want to select a channel that no station or a very weak station. It is
best to do this in your car or with a radio that has a digital readout. You
can also visit
http://www.radio-locator.com
to see the stations being used in
your area.
You can set the transmitter to an open channel using the channel selection
switches on the side of the gold transmitter. If you look at the diagram next
to the gold transmitter we have shown you examples of how to position the
selection switches to different frequencies.
Visitors to your display can listen to the
Christmas In A Box’s holiday music by turning the
FM radio in their car to the appropriate frequency.
The FM transmitter is the Gold unit on the left
side of this box. Please note that there is an
antenna (the black wire) that is attached to the
gold transmitter. It is IMPORTANT that you
unwind and fully extend the antenna out of
the Christmas In a Box and connect to a wall,
window or any other solid surface. Place the
antenna as high as possible. The higher you can
place the antenna the farther you will broadcast.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT HANG OR LIFT THE
TRANSMITTER BY THE ANTENNA
MAKE SURE THE GOLD BOX POWER LIGHT IS ON
