To start and stop the appliance, proceed as follows.
Starting
1 - Switch on the appliance (see page 10).
2 - Press key
(B)
and then key
(E)
to activate the
oil “melting” procedure.
When the preheating temperature is reached
the beeper sounds.
3 - Press key
(E)
o deactivate the “melting” func-
tion.
The temperature is maintained at 90°C until
cooking starts.
4 - Press key
(C)
to activate the temperature input
mode.
5 - Press keys
(F-G)
to set the cooking tempera-
ture.
The data set on the control panel are retained
in the memory until the electricity supply is
turned off .
6 - Press key
(E)
to terminate the temperature
maintenance function.
7 - Press key
(B)
to start the cooking cycle. Lights
(P-Q)
flash while the oil is heating to the tem-
perature of use, and then remain constantly on.
8 - To display the temperature set during cooking,
press key
(C)
.
Stopping
1 - Press key
(B)
to stop the cooking cycle.
Important
If the electricity supply is cut off for less
than 20-40 seconds, the cooking cycle re-
starts automatically. If the blackout lasts
more than 40 seconds, press key (B) to re-
start the cooking cycle.
