１０−２−２． Air operating valve
•As small holes on the back of air operating valve are exhaust holes, do
not allow paint or solvent to adhere. If it done, it can cause failure of
pump.
• Do not clog Ø0.9 exhaust hole inside of blocks on both sides of air
operating valve.
If done, it can cause failure of pump.
Job 1 Remove 2 bolts with hex.hole(M5) and
then air operating valve and
Oring.
Job 2
Remove 4 bolts with hex.hole (M4) on
side of air operating valve and remove
blocks on both sides.
Job 3 Remove follow parts from Air opera
te valve

1-3 Packing spacer x4pcs
1-4 Piston set x4pcs
2 O-ring(S-7 x2pcs, S-4 x2pcs)
3 Spacer set x10pcs
4-1 Cap(1) x1pc
4-2 Cap(2) x1pc
4-3 Button set x2pcs
１０−２−３. Diaphragm section
Job 1 Loosen hex. nuts which are on
both sides of diaphragm.You can
remove either one of them.
