Before first time use
All parts of the stand mixer are to be thoroughly cleaned before
being used for the first time (see section “Cleaning”).
Take out the required length of cable from the cable tidy on the
base of the device and connect the device to the mains supply.
Removing the splash guard
The splash guard has two small pictures indicating which way to turn the
splash guard when locking and unlocking. To remove the splash guard turn
it in the direction of the picture which shows a “locked” lock symbol, this
will lock the splash guard into place. To remove the splash guard turn it in
the direction of the picture which shows an “unlocked” lock. Please note
that the splash guard may be tight to lock and unlock when first purchased
but will ease over time.
Using the appliance
1.
Mix the food ingredients thoroughly in accordance to the recipe. To
open up the mixer
open the housing
cover (3) by using
the small knob (4)
located above the
switch (5).

Place the mixing bowl (8) on the device plate and turn the mixing
bowl unit in an anticlockwise direction until it is fixed. Fig. 4.

Fix the dough blade (10) the Balloon whisk (9) the Metal Beater
Blade (1) or the Flexible beater blade (11) on the blade connector
and rotate the blade connector clockwise until it engages firmly.
