I have attempted multiple wrong attempts for the pattern
or password lock on my handset. Now it is asking for
Gmail id and password and my internet is not connected.
What should I do?
In case you have attempted multiple wrong attempts for your
security pattern or password lock and the handset is locked,
please login with your Gmail account. If your internet is not on
then we suggest you to hard reset the handset. By performing
the below mentioned steps your handset will be unlocked. But,
please note that the process will erase all the date in the
internal memory of the handset. You cannot revert back this
process.

Switch off the handset. Take out the battery.

Remove the SIM and memory card.

Now insert the battery but do not power On the handset.
