C Pin Mapping
The example application preloaded in the MSP430 uses a software I
2
C controller on port
pins P2.3 and P2.4. For Stellaris applications utilizing a hardware I
2
C controller, JP106
and JP107 may be used to free up these two pins for other purposes. Both of these are
2-terminal jumpers that can accommodate a 0603 resistor. The BoosterPack is shipped
with a PCB trace making the connection by default. To break the connection, this trace
must be cut.

JP103 and JP104 are small solder jumpers intended for test purposes only. Do not
bridge the gap at these locations as the I

C signals (SCL, SDA) would be shorted
directly to GND, preventing normal operation of the I

C bus.
