Max mode: The max mode works in the same way as the automatic mode, except that it always selects the highest pixel repetition factor the Tx
core is capable of. This makes the video timing independent of the audio sampling rate. This mode is not typically used.

This signal is used to specify the pixel repetition mode selection. This should be set to 00 unless a non CEA-861 standard video resolution
must be supported.

6.10.4. Video Related Packets and InfoFrames

6.10.5. AVI InfoFrame
The AVI InfoFrame is defined in the latest CEA 861 specification. The user can enable the transmission of AVI InfoFrames to the downstream
sink by setting the
aviif_pkt_en bit. When the transmission of AVI InfoFrames is enabled, the Tx transmits an AVI InfoFrame once every two
video fields. Table 54 provides the list of registers that can be used to configure AVI InfoFrames.

This bit is used to enable the AVI InfoFrame Packet.
