Using MobileMouse
Holding MobileMouse
Hold MobileMouse in a pistol grip, with your middle finger in the contoured
channel on the underside, and your forefinger poised in front of the trigger button.
The thumb can then easily control the cursor with light pressure on the mouse
button. Additionally, you can pull back your thumb to activate the top button,
which is redundant with the trigger button underneath. You will also notice that
MobileMouse works well for both left- and right-handed users.
Using the Pressure-Sensing Mouse Button
MobileMouse’s pressure-sensing mouse button converts the touch of your thumb
into a smooth cursor movement. To move the cursor, place your thumb on the center
of the mouse button and rock it in the direction you want the cursor to go. You can
move the cursor in any direction—MobileMouse has full 360-degree control. A light
touch produces slow, precise cursor movement. More pressure increases the cursor
speed—the harder you press, the faster the cursor moves.
To get started, you may wish to slow the Mouse Tracking to slow or very slow. To
make this adjustment, open Mouse in the Control Panel. You can increase the
Tracking setting as you become familiar with MobileMouse operation.
Clicking on an item
The two click buttons on MobileMouse emulate the single button on a conventional
Apple-compatible mouse. Use either button to click on an item.
Dragging an item
Simply press and hold either button while moving the cursor to the desired location.
Release this button to complete the drag operation.
