Troubleshooting
Condition
Solution
The operation light is on, but air
does not come out of the unit.
Check that the protective shipping bags are removed from the filters inside the unit.
Dirt and/or pet hairs can build up on the pre-filter.
To wash and reinstall the pre-filter:

Turn off the power and unplug the unit.
»
Remove the front shield from the unit.
»
Remove the pre-filter from the unit.
»
Thoroughly vacuum the entire filter to remove surface and embedded debris.
Vacuum with the pre-filter in place and the unit running to avoid breathing in the
dust resuspended in the air by cleaning.
»
Reinstall the pre-filter into the unit.
»
Snap the front shield back into place.
The air volume from the unit is high,
but it doesn’t appear to be removing
dust or odors from the room.
Make sure both the carbon and HEPA filters are installed in the unit. If the air quality is
especially challenging, because of cooking or pet odors, set the System to Turbo for
maximum results.
