Chassis assembly

Insert the ribbon cable from the lower faceplate PCB into the main PCB.

Insert the ribbon cable from the upper faceplate PCB into the lower faceplate PCB.

Fit the knobs.

(Tip - turn all the pots fully counter-clockwise before starting, then start at the lower left hand side, do the bottom row first).

Fit the lid using the remaining chassis screws ..... However....
You may wish to adjust the mains transformer for minimum noise floor before fitting the lid.
Tighten the mains transformer securing screw through the hole in the base panel.

Install the upper front panel PCB and secure with the pot/switch nuts.

Place a shakeproof pot washer on each of the pots
and a shakeproof switch washer on the rotary switch.
