6. Additional function button Prewash / Easy Iron
a).
Prewash
The selection of this function is indicated by the symbol on the display.
NOTE:
The function is not available for all programmes (see Table of wash programmes).
The
Prewash
function extends the wash cycle by approximately 25-30 minutes. There is
an additional wash before the main wash (at 30°C). Use the
Prewash
to achieve excellent
washing results without the need to soak the laundry.
Prewash
is especially recommended
when washing heavily soiled laundry.
b). Easy Iron
Easy Iron function reduces creases. The drum is gently rotated at the end of the wash cycle
to reduce creases.
NOTE:
This function reduces the spin speed to 800 rpm.
6+7. Child Lock
This function locks function buttons to prevent settings being changed or operation interrup-
ted by children. The function is activated by simultaneously pressing and holding buttons
(Easy Iron) and (Extra Rinse) for approx. 5 seconds (the display will show an indicator by the
symbol and CL symbol will flash). To release the Child Lock, hold the same buttons down
once more for around 5 seconds.
NOTE:
Turning off or unplugging the washing machine does not deactivate the
Child Lock.
NOTE:
If you press any button or change the position of the selector knob, the
CL symbol will flash.

Additional function button Extra Rinse
a) Extra Rinse
The function is especially useful when washing underwear and also clothes for people with
sensitive skin. If you select this function, there will be 1, 2 or 3 extra rinses depending on
customer’s preferences, achieving better rinsing results.
8. Delay Start button
Press this button to set the delay time for starting washing. The setting range available is
from 0.5 to 23 hours. Press the button to set the time after which washing is to commence.
