CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Oven types marked with the letter
K
in the
model number are equipped with liners co-
vered with special self–cleaning enamel. The
enamel removes fat stains or leftover food
automatically, providing they are not dried
on and burnt (food and fat remnants should
be removed when they are not dried on and
burnt to avoid a long self–cleaning process).
To activate self–cleaning switch on the oven
for 1 hour, setting the temperature to 250°C.
If remnants of food are small the process can
be shortened.
If the self-cleaning per for mance is no ticeably
reduced, replace the liners with new ones:
take out the wire rails from the in side and
unscrew the catalytic enamel screw from the
center of the liner. New liners can be obtained
at service outlets.
