INSTALLATION

INSTALLING THE WARMING DRAWER INTO 

A CABINET OR ISLAND

Position the warming drawer to the front of the cabinet or 
island cutout. Remove any leftover packaging material.

 

»

Locate the rating plate and record the information on the 
warranty card in this manual.

 

»

Locate the power supply cord, insert the cord through the 
cutout and plug into the 120 VAC three-prong receptacle.

 

»

Pull the warming oven door handle out and use the drawer 
front frame to push the warming drawer into the cutout. The 

stainless steel front frame should be flushed even with the 
cabinet front.

 

»

Remove the plastic protective film from the stainless steel 
parts.

RATING PLATE

The information on the rating plate defines the model, serial number 
and electrical ratings. Keep this information for future reference. It 
is essential for proper identification of the unit when requesting 
additional information or factory support.

Secure the warming drawing to the cabinet or island using the 
supplied screws.

 

»

Perform a pre-functional test by pressing ON/OFF button. The 
light should turn on and off.

 

»

Push the door handle in to close the warming drawer.

NEVER use this appliance as a space heater to heat or warm the room. Doing so may result in carbon monoxide poisoning and 

overheating of the appliance. Do not use the warming drawer as a food or kitchen item storage area.

Do not store or use corrosive chemicals, vapors, flammables or non-food products in or near this appliance. It is specifically designed 

for use when heating or cooking food. The use of corrosive chemicals while heating or cleaning could result in personal injury or 

damage to the appliance.

Act quickly to prevent the fire from getting out of control.

If a fire occurs inside an oven, close the oven door and keep it closed – and turn off the oven. The lack of oxygen will help 

suffocate the flames.

If the oven continues to smoke as if a fire were in process – call the fire department.

Do not use water on grease fires – turn off the burner, and if you can’t cover the flaming pot with a lid, throw lots of baking soda 

or salt on it.  Never use a kitchen towel or potholder to snuff out flames! Never throw flour on a fire – as it may explode!
