The ST-4000
i Flash Analyzer
is an all in one
system developed by American
Aerospace Corporation for the primary purpose of measuring aircraft strobe light
intensities. The system measures strobe light output (Xenon & LED) intensity in
effective (Candela), as required by the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), FAR
25.1401(f).
